About the Event
Ector County Judge Dustin Fawcett took office in January of 2023 after winning the 2022
Republican Primary and November General Election. Judge Fawcett began his work in public
policy as a legislative staffer in the Texas House of Representatives which led to a passion for
service in Ector County. Fawcett subsequently worked for the Midland Odessa Transportation
Alliance as Vice President, focusing on transportation policy issues on behalf of the counties of
Ector and Midland as well as the cities of Midland and Odessa. Since taking office, Judge
