ECRW
ECRW consists of men and women throughout Texas with the main focus being the Permian Basin Area. We strive to educate and engage Republicans. We support all Republican candidates and elected officials, but we are particularly interested in recruiting and electing Republican women to office. President, Donna Kelm
Welcome everyone to 2023, Ector County Republican Women’s Club. I, Donna Kelm am honored to be part of ECRW serving as your president. Previously I served ECRW as Vice President of Programs and then Treasurer consecutively. Also, I’ve been the newsletter editor for the past two years and re-vamping our website.
My background includes 38 years of Finance with emphasis on cost accounting; also decorating, while co-owning/managing a restaurant for 7 years.
My husband Derek and I have been married 18 years. We have a blended family with three sons and four grandchildren. My family will tell you I love to work, love kids, traveling and having a good time. We are active members of Community Bible Church in Odessa.
ECRW’s focus is to continue educate and engage, but also support and promote individuals with a passion for politics. Government starts locally and we as individuals need to be involved from the city upward. We look forward to supporting new candidates in upcoming years.
We have many opportunities for you to get connected with our like-minded members. Please join our monthly luncheons held at Odessa Country Club, located at #1 Fairway Dr. in Odessa every third Wednesday at 11:30. Exceptions in 2023 is March and August will be on the 4th Wednesday. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ecrwodessa.com. Our luncheons are an excellent way to connect, be educated and informed, with awareness of your surroundings in our city, state and country.
