D. Kirk Edwards is President and CEO of Latigo Petroleum, LLC, where he leads the
development and management of oil and gas assets across Texas and Oklahoma. He brings more
than four decades of experience in the energy industry, spanning operations, capital allocation,
and executive leadership.
Kirk previously served as Executive Vice President of Key Energy Services and was Founder
and President of Odessa Exploration, Inc., which he built and successfully sold in 1993. At Key
