Mayor Cal Hendrick is a lifelong resident of Odessa with deep roots in the community. His family has been part of Odessa since the 1880s, and Cal has carried forward that legacy with dedication and grit. With over 34 years of experience as an attorney and mediator, Cal has built a reputation for solving complex problems and advocating for justice.
He currently serves as Regional Director, Risk Solutions for McAnally Wilkins Insurance, and runs a mediation practice, helping resolve conflicts with fairness and transparency. Cal’s leadership extends beyond his professional life, as he has held multiple positions in local community organizations, from youth sports boards to nonprofit leadership roles.
He is committed to bringing our community together, stopping the political games, and solving the big challenges facing the city of Odessa.
