- Mickey Cargile, CFP®, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cargile Investment Management. With 30 years of experience in the financial industry, he is a nationally recognized authority in financial planning, investment management, insurance and estate planning. Since founding the firm in 1984, Mickey has built a reputation as a trusted source of ethics, prudence and foresight.
- Mickey has a degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Previously, he served as a senior vice president with Texas National Bank and was a registered representative with Shearson American Express and Paine Webber. Currently, Mickey is an Investment Advisor Representative with Cargile Investment Management, a Registered Representative of Ceros Financial Services, Inc., and an independent licensed insurance agent.
- Mickey routinely provides commentary and analysis on investment, economic and financial issues for major national and international news publications including Bloomberg, Businessweek, Consumer Reports, Fortune, Forbes, Money, and U.S. News & World Report. - Mickey is a lifelong member of the Midland/Odessa community. He is a director at Green Tree Country Club, where he serves as Secretary/Treasurer and as Chairman of the Finance Committee.
